  實驗測試過程中,我們常遇到這樣的(de)情(qing)況:雖然設計工(gong)程師在設備(bei)電源線上接(jie)了電源濾波器,但是(shi)該(gai)設備(bei)還(huan)是(shi)不(bu)(bu)能通(tong)過"傳導騷(sao)擾電壓發射"測試,工(gong)程師懷疑濾波器的(de)濾波效(xiao)果不(bu)(bu)好,不(bu)(bu)斷更換濾波器,仍(reng)不(bu)(bu)能得到理(li)想的(de)效(xiao)果。

  分析設備超標的原(yuan)因,不外乎(hu)以下兩個方面:

  1、設(she)備產(chan)生的騷擾太強

  2、設備的濾波不足

  對(dui)于(yu)這種(zhong)情況,我們可以通過在騷(sao)擾(rao)源處采取措施,降低騷(sao)擾(rao)的(de)強(qiang)度,或者增(zeng)加電(dian)源濾(lv)波器(qi)(qi)的(de)階數,提高(gao)濾(lv)波器(qi)(qi)對(dui)騷(sao)擾(rao)的(de)抑制能力來(lai)解決。對(dui)于(yu)第二(er)種(zhong)情況,除了濾(lv)波器(qi)(qi)自身(shen)性(xing)能不好(hao)以外,濾(lv)波器(qi)(qi)的(de)安裝方式對(dui)它的(de)性(xing)能影響也很大(da)。這一點往(wang)往(wang)是(shi)被設(she)計工程師忽視的(de)。

  在(zai)很多測(ce)試中,我們通過更改濾波(bo)器的安(an)裝方式就能使(shi)設備(bei)順(shun)利通過測(ce)試。下(xia)面是一些(xie)常見的濾波(bo)器錯誤安(an)裝方式對濾波(bo)器性能影響的實例(li)。

  輸入線太(tai)長

許(xu)多設備的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)源線進入(ru)(ru)機箱(xiang)后,經過很長的(de)(de)導(dao)線才接到(dao)濾(lv)波(bo)器的(de)(de)輸入(ru)(ru)端(duan)。例(li)如,電(dian)(dian)源線從機箱(xiang)后面板(ban)輸入(ru)(ru),走行到(dao)前面板(ban)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)源開(kai)關,又回(hui)到(dao)后面板(ban)接到(dao)濾(lv)波(bo)器。或(huo)者(zhe)濾(lv)波(bo)器的(de)(de)安裝位置距離電(dian)(dian)源線入(ru)(ru)口較遠,造成(cheng)引線太長(如圖(tu)1所示(shi))。

  由于(yu)電(dian)源入(ru)口到(dao)濾波器輸入(ru)端(duan)的引線過(guo)長,設備產生的電(dian)磁騷(sao)擾(rao)通過(guo)電(dian)容性(xing)或電(dian)感(gan)性(xing)耦合(he)(he),重新耦合(he)(he)到(dao)電(dian)源線上,而且騷(sao)擾(rao)信號(hao)的頻率(lv)越(yue)高,耦合(he)(he)越(yue)強,造(zao)成實驗失敗(bai)。

平行(xing)走線

  有的(de)(de)工(gong)程師為了使機(ji)箱內部的(de)(de)走線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)美觀,常(chang)常(chang)把(ba)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)纜捆扎(zha)在(zai)一起,這(zhe)對(dui)電(dian)(dian)源線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)是不允許的(de)(de)。如(ru)果把(ba)電(dian)(dian)源濾(lv)波(bo)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)輸(shu)(shu)入輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)平行(xing)走線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)或捆扎(zha)在(zai)一起,由于平行(xing)傳輸(shu)(shu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)之間存在(zai)分布電(dian)(dian)容,這(zhe)種走線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)方式相(xiang)當于在(zai)濾(lv)波(bo)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)輸(shu)(shu)入輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)之間并聯了一個電(dian)(dian)容,為騷擾信號提供(gong)了一條(tiao)繞過濾(lv)波(bo)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)路徑,導致濾(lv)波(bo)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)性能大幅下降,頻率很高時甚至失效(如(ru)圖2所示)。

  等(deng)效電容的大(da)小與導線距離成反(fan)比,與平(ping)行走線的長度成正比。等(deng)效電容越大(da),對(dui)濾波(bo)器性能的影響越大(da)。

接地和殼體

  這種情(qing)況也比較(jiao)普(pu)遍。許多(duo)工程師安裝濾波器(qi)時,濾波器(qi)的殼體和機(ji)箱之間搭接(jie)不良(liang)(有(you)絕(jue)緣漆);同時,使用的接(jie)地線較(jiao)長,這將導致濾波器(qi)的高頻特(te)性(xing)變壞,降低濾波性(xing)能。


  由(you)于(yu)接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)線較長,在高(gao)頻時導線的(de)(de)分布電(dian)感不(bu)能忽視(shi)。如果濾波(bo)器(qi)搭(da)接(jie)(jie)(jie)良(liang)好,干擾信號可以通過(guo)殼體(ti)直接(jie)(jie)(jie)接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)。如果濾波(bo)器(qi)的(de)(de)殼體(ti)和(he)機(ji)箱之(zhi)間搭(da)接(jie)(jie)(jie)不(bu)良(liang),相當于(yu)濾波(bo)器(qi)的(de)(de)殼體(ti)(地(di)(di)(di))與(yu)機(ji)箱之(zhi)間存(cun)在一(yi)個分布電(dian)容(rong),這(zhe)將導致濾波(bo)器(qi)高(gao)頻時接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)阻抗較大(da),尤其在分布電(dian)感和(he)分布電(dian)容(rong)諧振的(de)(de)頻率附近,接(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)(di)阻抗趨于(yu)無窮(qiong)。

濾波器(qi)接(jie)地(di)不良(liang)對濾波器(qi)性(xing)能的影(ying)響:由于濾波器(qi)接(jie)地(di)不良(liang),接(jie)地(di)阻抗較大,有一部分騷擾信號(hao)能通(tong)過濾波器(qi)(如圖3所示(shi))。為(wei)了(le)解決接(jie)不良(liang),應把機箱上的絕緣漆刮(gua)掉,保證(zheng)濾波器(qi)殼體和機箱有良(liang)好(hao)的電氣連接(jie)。

  在這種安裝方(fang)式(shi)下,濾(lv)波(bo)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)殼體和機(ji)(ji)(ji)殼接觸(chu)良(liang)好,可堵住電源線在機(ji)(ji)(ji)箱(xiang)(xiang)上的(de)開口(kou),提(ti)高機(ji)(ji)(ji)箱(xiang)(xiang)的(de)屏(ping)蔽(bi)性(xing)能;另外,濾(lv)波(bo)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)輸入輸出(chu)線之間(jian)有機(ji)(ji)(ji)箱(xiang)(xiang)屏(ping)蔽(bi)相(xiang)隔離,消除了輸入輸出(chu)線之間(jian)的(de)騷擾(rao)耦合,保證濾(lv)波(bo)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)濾(lv)波(bo)性(xing)能。
