壓(ya)力(li)繼電器的調整方法:

(1)低壓的調(diao)(diao)(diao)整(zheng)(zheng)。根據需(xu)要(yao)的蒸(zheng)發溫(wen)度對應的壓力值調(diao)(diao)(diao)節低壓調(diao)(diao)(diao)整(zheng)(zheng)螺(luo)釘(ding)T:當需(xu)要(yao)較高的蒸(zheng)發溫(wen)度時(shi),可(ke)(ke)用(yong)螺(luo)絲刀(dao)逆時(shi)針(zhen)方向(xiang)旋轉低壓調(diao)(diao)(diao)整(zheng)(zheng)螺(luo)釘(ding)T;若(ruo)需(xu)要(yao)較低的蒸(zheng)發溫(wen)度時(shi),可(ke)(ke)順時(shi)針(zhen)方向(xiang)旋轉調(diao)(diao)(diao)整(zheng)(zheng)螺(luo)釘(ding)T。

(2)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)的調整。為保證制(zhi)冷裝置運行的安全,壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)繼(ji)電器大多(duo)數用子水冷式冷凝器的制(zhi)冷機(ji)中(zhong),其作用主要是(shi)防(fang)止冷卻(que)水中(zhong)斷(duan),或冷卻(que)水流量(liang)不足(zu)時引起的冷凝壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)突(tu)然快速升(sheng)高(gao),導(dao)致嚴(yan)重事故。高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)值(zhi)一(yi)般調定在(zai)1Q~11公斤/厘(li)米z表r-匝,,31(用氟(fu)利昂12制(zhi)冷劑)。調整時用螺絲刀(dao)將高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)調整螺釘M順(shun)時針方向(xiang)旋轉,壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)值(zhi)升(sheng)高(gao),逆時針旋轉則(ze)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)值(zhi)降低。

壓力繼電器使用注意事項

(1)根據具體(ti)用(yong)(yong)途和系統(tong)壓(ya)力(li)選(xuan)用(yong)(yong)適當結構形(xing)式的壓(ya)力(li)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)器,為了保證壓(ya)力(li)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)器動作靈敏,避(bi)免低壓(ya)系統(tong)選(xuan)用(yong)(yong)高壓(ya)壓(ya)力(li)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)器。

(2)應按(an)照制(zhi)造(zao)廠的要求,正(zheng)確安裝壓力繼電(dian)器。

(3)按照(zhao)所(suo)要求(qiu)的電源形式和具(ju)體要求(qiu)對壓力繼電器中(zhong)的微動開(kai)關進行接線。

(4)壓力繼電(dian)器調整完畢后,應鎖定(ding)或固定(ding)其位置.以免受振動后變動。

(5)壓力(li)繼電器的泄油(you)腔應直接接回油(you)箱(xiang),否則會使(shi)泄油(you)口背壓過高,影響其靈敏度。

  了解必要的條件

  ②被控制電路中的電壓和電流;

     ③被控電(dian)路(lu)(lu)需要幾組、什么形式的觸點。選用繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)時,一般(ban)控制電(dian)路(lu)(lu)的電(dian)源電(dian)壓可作(zuo)為選用的依據。控制電(dian)路(lu)(lu)應(ying)能給繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)提供足(zu)夠的工(gong)作(zuo)電(dian)流,否則繼(ji)電(dian)器(qi)吸合是不穩定的。

  注意器具的容積

  若(ruo)是用(yong)于一般(ban)用(yong)電器,除考慮機箱(xiang)容(rong)積外,小(xiao)型繼(ji)電器主要考慮電路(lu)板安(an)裝布局。對于小(xiao)型電器,如玩具(ju)、遙控裝置則應選用(yong)超小(xiao)型繼(ji)電器產品(pin)。

  直流電阻

  是指繼電(dian)器中線圈的直流電(dian)阻(zu),可(ke)以(yi)通過萬用表測量。

  吸合電流

  是指繼(ji)電器能夠產(chan)生(sheng)吸合動作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)最小電流(liu)。在正常(chang)使用時(shi),給定的(de)(de)電流(liu)必(bi)須略大(da)于(yu)吸合電流(liu),這樣繼(ji)電器才能穩定地工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。而(er)對(dui)于(yu)線圈所加的(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)電壓(ya),一般不(bu)要超過額(e)定工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)電壓(ya)的(de)(de)1.5倍,否(fou)則會產(chan)生(sheng)較大(da)的(de)(de)電流(liu)而(er)把線圈燒毀。

  釋放電流

  是指繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)器產生釋放(fang)(fang)動作的最大電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)。當繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)器吸(xi)合狀態的電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)減(jian)小到(dao)一定(ding)程度(du)時,繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)器就會恢(hui)復(fu)到(dao)未(wei)通(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)的釋放(fang)(fang)狀態。這時的電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)遠(yuan)遠(yuan)小于吸(xi)合電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)。

  觸(chu)點切換電(dian)壓和電(dian)流(liu)

  是指繼電(dian)器(qi)允許加載的(de)(de)電(dian)壓和(he)電(dian)流。它決定了繼電(dian)器(qi)能控制電(dian)壓和(he)電(dian)流的(de)(de)大小,使用時不能超過(guo)此(ci)值,否則很容易損壞繼電(dian)器(qi)的(de)(de)觸點。

電磁繼電器應用

  電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)器是(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)鈴、電(dian)(dian)(dian)話和(he)自動控制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)裝置(zhi)中的重(zhong)要部件,其實質是(shi)由電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁鐵控制(zhi)的開關(guan),在電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)中起著類似(si)于開關(guan)的作用:(1)用低電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、弱電(dian)(dian)(dian)流控制(zhi)高電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、強電(dian)(dian)(dian)流;(2)實現遠距離(li)操(cao)縱和(he)自動控制(zhi)。
