氣動電磁閥
電磁閥是用電磁控制的工業設備,是用來控制流體的自動化基礎元件,屬于執行器,而氣動電磁閥是其中的一種,是通過控制閥體的移動來檔住或漏出不同的排油的孔,而進油孔是常開的,液壓油就會進入不同的排油管,然后通過氣動電磁閥的油的壓力來推動油缸的活塞,這樣通過控制氣動電磁閥的電磁鐵的電流就控制了整個電磁閥的機械運動。
氣動電磁閥工作原理
氣動電(dian)磁(ci)閥里有密(mi)閉的腔,在不同位置開有通(tong)孔(kong),氣動電(dian)磁(ci)閥的每(mei)個(ge)孔(kong)都(dou)通(tong)向不同的油管(guan),腔中間是(shi)閥,兩面是(shi)兩塊電(dian)磁(ci)鐵,哪面的磁(ci)鐵線圈(quan)通(tong)電(dian)閥體就會被吸引到哪邊;
氣動(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)磁閥(fa)通過(guo)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)閥(fa)體(ti)的(de)(de)移動(dong)(dong)來檔住或漏出不同的(de)(de)排(pai)油(you)的(de)(de)孔,而進油(you)孔是常開的(de)(de),液壓油(you)就(jiu)會進入(ru)不同的(de)(de)排(pai)油(you)管,然后通過(guo)氣動(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)磁閥(fa)的(de)(de)油(you)的(de)(de)壓力來推動(dong)(dong)油(you)剛(gang)的(de)(de)活(huo)塞(sai),這樣通過(guo)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)氣動(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)磁閥(fa)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)磁鐵(tie)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)流就(jiu)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)了(le)整(zheng)個電(dian)(dian)磁閥(fa)的(de)(de)機械運動(dong)(dong)。

氣動電磁閥的運行原理
我們說的氣動電磁閥工作位置(電磁閥開或關),其實指的就是氣動電磁閥的閥芯的位置。

電磁閥閥門(men)關閉(bi)不(bu)了可能有兩方面的原(yuan)因
其一:物理上的障礙,比如一些碎石、枯葉殘枝,阻止了隔膜的*密封,在清除這些障礙以后,需要檢查隔膜及附件是
否有損壞。
其(qi)二(er):作用在(zai)上隔膜的壓(ya)力太小,可能存在(zai)下面幾(ji)方(fang)面的原因:
1、隔膜室進(jin)口過濾器堵塞(sai)。這將阻止(zhi)水流進(jin)入上隔膜腔, 不能產生足(zu)夠大的水壓力關閉隔膜。
2、流量調(diao)節手(shou)柄(bing)提得(de)太高(gao)(開度大) 。這(zhe)樣在低(di)流量/低(di)壓力(li)的情況(kuang)下(xia),隔膜(mo)有(you)可能懸在高(gao)位置,而不能密封。
3、電磁閥.上(shang)下閥體之間(jian)密封不嚴。水很容(rong)易從其中滲出(chu),這(zhe)也不利于(yu)產(chan)生(sheng)足夠大的壓力關閉隔膜。
4、電磁閥處在手動放水狀態。常用的(如尼爾森)電磁閥有兩種手動操作方式(內放水、外放水) ,外放水一般容易識
別,而內放水對于一般的客戶就不容易覺察。
5、橫(heng)隔膜上有穿孔(僅(jin)指順水流閥(fa))。在上隔膜室(shi)內不能產(chan)生足夠的(de)壓力來關閉橫(heng)膈膜。仔細(xi)檢(jian)查,必要時(shi)更換橫(heng)膈膜。
6、電(dian)磁閥(fa)安裝方(fang)向(xiang)不正確。電(dian)磁閥(fa)上的箭頭方(fang)向(xiang)即為水流(liu)方(fang)向(xiang)。
