TEl30型液壓站的(de)主(zhu)要作用
(1)可以為盤形制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)提供不同油(you)壓值的(de)(de)壓力油(you),以獲得(de)不同的(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)力矩。
(2)在事故狀(zhuang)態(tai)下,可以使制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)的油壓迅速降到預先(xian)調定的某一(yi)值,經(jing)過延時(shi)后,制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)的全(quan)部油壓迅速回到零,使制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)器(qi)達到全(quan)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)狀(zhuang)態(tai)。

為了(le)確(que)保提(ti)(ti)(ti)升(sheng)機(ji)的(de)(de)正常工(gong)(gong)作,液壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)站(zhan)油(you)(you)箱中間用(yong)鋼板隔開,相當于2個獨立油(you)(you)箱,并帶有2臺葉(xie)片(pian)(pian)泵裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi),一臺工(gong)(gong)作、一臺備用(yong)。二泵替(ti)換工(gong)(gong)作時(shi),同(tong)液動換向閥13自動換向,2臺葉(xie)片(pian)(pian)泵裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)放在油(you)(you)箱側面地(di)面上(shang)(shang),便(bian)于維修。安(an)全(quan)制(zhi)(zhi)動部(bu)分由電(dian)磁(ci)閥G3、G4、G5、G6,減壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥9、溢流(liu)閥8、蓄力器(qi)12等件組成。對單(dan)繩雙(shuang)筒提(ti)(ti)(ti)升(sheng)機(ji)來(lai)說又(you)在此基礎上(shang)(shang)增加(jia)了(le)電(dian)磁(ci)閥18(G1、G2)以供(gong)詞繩使用(yong),液壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)站(zhan)為盤形制(zhi)(zhi)動器(qi)提(ti)(ti)(ti)供(gong)了(le)不同(tong)油(you)(you)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)油(you)(you),油(you)(you)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)變化,由電(dian)液調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)b來(lai)調節(jie),這時(shi)安(an)全(quan)制(zhi)(zhi)動部(bu)分的(de)(de)電(dian)磁(ci)閥G3、G4、G5帶電(dian),油(you)(you)路通(tong),壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力油(you)(you)通(tong)過管路分別進入(ru)盤形制(zhi)(zhi)動器(qi)。油(you)(you)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)變化,通(tong)過提(ti)(ti)(ti)升(sheng)機(ji)司機(ji)控制(zhi)(zhi)電(dian)液調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)的(de)(de)電(dian)流(liu)大小來(lai)實現,從而達到調節(jie)制(zhi)(zhi)動力矩的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。

2.往(wang)(wang)復(fu)主(zhu)體運動(dong)傳動(dong)裝置(zhi)龍門刨床(chuang)的(de)工作臺、牛頭刨床(chuang)或插床(chuang)的(de)滑枕,由于要求作高速往(wang)(wang)復(fu)直線運動(dong),并且要求換向沖擊(ji)小、換向時間短、能耗(hao)低,因(yin)此都可以(yi)采用液壓(ya)傳動(dong)。
